My TOP Essential Oil DIY Roller Blends

One of my favourite things to do is create essential oil blends for myself and family. Its inexpensive, and makes using essential oils everyday easy.

I have many rollers ready for whenever I need them. One of the best things about essential oils is their ability to solve common everyday ailments naturally vs taking an over-the-counter medicine. Most of the common items in your medicine cabinet (pain relief, sleep aids, digestive aids, cuts and wounds ointments), can be replaced with a few drops of essential oil.

So why are rollerball blends so great? They are pre-made mixtures – which saves time when something hurts; they are easy to apply – roll it on your feet, your neck, your wrists and you are ready to go; and they stretch out oils, making them last longer by using a carrier oil. (By using a carrier oil, you are not diluting the effectiveness of the oil, you are just giving your oil more coverage with help of something to carry it where you want it to go, plus you are removing any skin sensitivities that a hotter oil (such as peppermint, cinnamon, Oregano) can have on the skin when used without a carrier oil

Here are my top 10 DIY Roller bottle blends:

1. Focus Blend

10 Drops Wild Orange

5 Drops Peppermint

Fill with fractionated coconut oil (or carrier oils of choice) for Roller balls

Distilled water for spray bottles

2. Owie Blend

2 Drops Lavender

2 Drops Tea Tree

2 Drops Frankincense

Fill with fractionated coconut oil (or carrier oils of choice) for Roller balls

Distilled water for spray bottles

3. Calm Tummy

4 Drops ZenGest

4 Drops Lemongrass

Fill with fractionated coconut oil (or carrier oils of choice) for Roller balls

4. Stuffy Nose

10 Drops Easy Air (Respiratory Blend)

6 Drops Lime

Fill with fractionated coconut oil (or carrier oils of choice) for Roller balls

(Apply over sinus, temples, and ears)

5. Wakeup 30 drops lemon 8 drops eucalyptus 6 drops peppermint 2 drops cinnamon

Fill with fractionated coconut oil (or carrier oils of choice) for Roller balls

Distilled water for spray bottles

​​6. Flu Bomb 10 drops oregano 18 drops lemon

15 drops On Guard

Fill with fractionated coconut oil (or carrier oils of choice) for Roller balls (Apply on lymph nodes, neck, spine and feet when the flu is spreading or at the first sign of symptoms.)

7. Anti-Anxiety Blend: 4 drops Frankincense 4 drops Marjoram 6 drops Copaiba 4 drops Wild Orange

Fill with fractionated coconut oil (or carrier oils of choice) for Roller balls

8. Motion-Sickness 15 drops peppermint 10 drops ginger

Fill with fractionated coconut oil (or carrier oils of choice) for Roller balls

(Apply to wrists, back of neck and clockwise on tummy.)

9. Celebrate YOU

3 Drops Grapefruit

3 Drops Elevation

1 Drop Lemongrass

2 drops Spearmint

Fill with fractionated coconut oil (or carrier oils of choice) for Roller balls

Distilled water for spray bottles

10. Comfort & Restore

4 Drops Lavender

4 Drops Frankincense

4 Drops Copiaba

2 Drops Peppermint

Please note, I'm sharing my Essential Oil Rollerball Blends that I’ve made doing my own research, but please make sure to do your own research as well.
